We Are Invincible

"Time is the brush of God as he paints in the canvas of the human heart" - Ravi Zacharias

We are but humans.
We think invincible, yet our anatomy betrays our illusions.
Our soul eternal, our mind minimal.
Ignorance and bliss to knowledge and misery.
Contradictions and miracles, with love ever-present, yet disguised (we think)
And it is such, which brings us together and gives us a hope of the true reality of which we hear rumors about, of which we dream about, and of which all things came forth to be. Rest my heart, for there’s a reason to this pain.
All things come to pass and each day you are closer to home.
Don’t let this surreal life deceive you...

...What is true love? Its in the air you breath. Its that simple yet complex. And like everything in life that’s of worth, its a risk. A risk worth taking, and its a joy that will only be understood by personal experience, because it introduces a pain thats too sweet of a feeling and too difficult of a concept.

Life is but a whisper that’s too soft to grasp, and so light that it might slip through our fingers when we least expect it. Sometimes it takes but an unexpected situation to remind us of how delicate our lives are, and of how we focus too much on trivial, non-important things when there’s a world out there that suffers either indirectly or directly from our own actions, but we are either too busy to care or we choose to ignore it....because its just easy like that.

What’s the meaning of life? Let your canvas be transformed with colorful, abstract designs...

A song with words that speak:
I just spoke silence with the seeker next to me
She had a heart with hesitant, halting speech
That turned to mine and asked belligerently
"What do I live for?"

I see the scars of searches everywhere I go
From hearts to wars to literature to radio
There’s a question like a shame no one will show
"What do I live for?"

We are Hosea’s wife
We are squandering this life
Using people like ladders and words like knives

If we’ve eyes to see
If we’ve ears to hear
To find it in our hearts and mouths
The word that saves is near
Shed that shallow skin
Come and live again
Leave all you were before
To believe is to begin

There is truth in little corners of our lives
There are hints of it in songs and children’s eyes
It’s familiar, like an ancient lullaby
What do I live for?

We are Hosea’s wife
We are squandering this life
Using bodies like money and truth like lies

We are more than dust
That means something
That means something
We are more than just
Blood and emotions
Inklings and notions
Atoms on oceans
